How do I explore an upsize system?
You can email or call us to let us know at any time you're interested in an upsize, and we'll make a note. At your site inspection, you can ask your installer about the maximum panels that will fit on your roof and the benefits for you. Can I get a battery?
No, the Rebate Swap for Solar Program is designed for solar only to reduce energy costs for low income households. It is not possible to add a battery, even if you wish to pay for it yourself.
I want different panel and inverter products. Can I pay for different products?
No. We have carefully selected our hardware to ensure maximum value for all participants in the program and comply with NSW Procurement policy, so it is not possible to offer different products with this program.
What happens if we have issues with the system?
If you experience any issues with the system, just let us know, and UPowr will manage the warranty case with the manufacturer on your behalf.
