Why does UPowr need my mobile phone number?
UPowr uses a mobile phone number so that you and your installer can directly SMS or call through our platform to schedule site inspections and installations. Just like Uber, your phone number is protected from the installer using a privacy filter.
How can I update my email address or phone number?
Please send us an email with your rebate swap for Solar Application Number (RSSxxxxx) and let us know the correct contact details.
