If you’re in Victoria, a few things need to happen after your installation before you can turn your system on.
Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) will inspect your system - After your Installer has installed your system, they’ll arrange for an Inspector from ESV to come and look at it. This can take between 2 to 4 weeks, and your system must remain off during this time.
Wattle will submit a meter reconfiguration or upgrade request for you - We’ll do this once the inspection is complete.
ESV will issue a Certificate of Electrical Safety (CES) - Once they’re satisfied that your system was installed correctly, they’ll issue your CES.
Wattle will email you a link to your CES - We’ll include it in your post-installation documents alongside your system manual and grid connection approval.
Then after that, you can turn your system on!
